Welcome to Allianz Trade Online—we know you are going to love it. As you get started using your new customer platform, there are a few things you need to know. As we continue to deliver enhancements and new features, we will update you in our newsletter, through this blog, and in the notification section in the platform. We want to ensure you’re getting the most out of your new platform!

Note: Not yet on Allianz Trade Online? Keep an eye out for your notification that it’s your turn to onboard, coming from Allianz Trade Communications. We can’t wait to have all of our customers on the new platform in 2022!

There are several features available in Allianz Trade Online that didn’t exist in EOLIS (previous customer portal). Below are some that we think will be most useful to you on a regular basis.

  • Buyer grades and grade history are available on all Named buyer decisions.
  • The new contact feature which allows you to send questions to your service team right from the platform.
  • Self-serve password functionality.
  • Claims tracker to see an updated status of filed claims.

While most features are available in Allianz Trade Online, until all features are fully available, you will need to use EOLIS for the below tasks. You can easily access EOLIS through the Allianz Trade Online platform by clicking the EOLIS icon in the top right-hand corner of the platform. See below.

  • Monthly Overdue reporting
  • SmartView report access
