Developing and implementing sales strategy to increase the client portfolio


- Promoting the services provided by Allianz Trade Romania
- Contributing to the development of the sales department
- Achieving sales targets set by the Company’s management
- Market prospecting
- Identifying potential customers
- Sends general presentations and all other relevant information needed for a future collaboration
- Stays in contact with companies selected as potential customers
- Establishing meetings with potential clients
- Preparing offers and policies based on received information and explaining them
- Negotiating and signing new policies
- Keeping records of activity, in accordance with Group requirements


Market knowledge: knowledge in dedicated business industries
Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiator (able to convince about presented products)
Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
Good English level (reading, speaking and writing skills) is required
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Communication/Marketing is a plus
