Allianz Trade Online Customer Platform Updates

It’s been just over one year since we rolled out your new customer platform, Allianz Trade Online. Since its rollout, we've been making ongoing improvements in order to provide you with the best possible experience. Because of the continual feedback you, our customers, have provided, we have been able to implement improvements that have substantially made a difference in your experience, as shown through our Overall Satisfaction Score for Allianz Trade Online, currently 4.4 out of 5, up from 4 in July 2022. Here’s an overview of the improvements we’ve made to enhance your experience since full functionality became available in the new platform in October 2022.

Functionality

·         Access to an FAQ document on the login page provides tips to get you successfully connected.

·         Single sign-on access to the Collections site provides quick access to your collections cases.

·         Improved messaging now warns of disconnection after a period of inactivity.

Risk Services

·         Added functionality in the Risk Services section allows you to sort columns with one click, so you can quickly review your risk portfolio. There are now five columns with arrows included for this purpose.

·         NEW UPDATE: Enhanced messaging communicates lags that result from time-to-time due to system communication issues. The clear messaging during these times prevents you from submitting a duplicate credit limit request.

Invoicing

·         Visibility on the remaining amount due on partially paid invoices helps you better determine the status of your account.

·         Access to all invoice types provides greater transparency on your account.

Non-Payment & Reporting

·         Ability to download lists of your overdue reports and claims in the Non-payment section provides more options for management and review.

·         Ability to file a claim on a buyer that no longer has an in-force credit limit allows for a more streamlined claim filing experience.

·         NEW UPDATE: Enhancements to the sales declaration screens will simplify the reporting process. You will now be prompted to enter total uninsured sales, rather than breaking the amount down based on the sales pricing type.
