The Credit Limit History table has been enhanced to give you a clearer, aggregated view of all Credit Limit Requests made on a single buyer. You can now easily expand this overview to access detailed information, helping you stay fully informed about your credit exposures.

Enhanced Security with Multi-Factor Authentication
To protect your account and data, we’ve introduced a new two-step authentication process. This additional security layer ensures your information remains safe and secure when accessing the platform.
Improved Claims Features
Finding and managing claims is now faster and more transparent. You can quickly search for claims using the new Claims ID search function conveniently located on the Homepage. Additionally, when a claim reaches the “Claims Coverage Assessment” status, the current outstanding amount will be displayed and updated regularly. This real-time update means you no longer need to contact customer service for this information, giving you greater visibility and control over your claims.
