Welcome to Allianz Trade Online! In this update, we’ll share a few items to remember as you continue using the new platform. You may notice things look a little different—not only does the Allianz customer platform have a new look and feel, we also have a new name: Allianz Trade Online. You can access the platform dummy here

As you continue to use the platform regularly, we know you may have questions. Be sure to check out the FAQ section on the login page if you need help getting connected, or activate the guided platform tour by sliding the toggle at the top of your screen. 

  1. Now that the customer platform has a new design, some things may have moved. Please review our brand new quick start guide for step by step instructions for using Allianz Trade Online. Download the user guide dummy here.
  2. As a reminder: your front-end EOLIS access will be disconnected May 11, 2022.  Going forward, you can enjoy full functionality in managing your trade credit policy with Allianz Trade Online. After May 11, 2022, you will still be able to access EOLIS through the new platform. Contact your CXP team with any questions.


Over the last several months and throughout our pilot stage of launching the customer platform, we have appreciated hearing your feedback. We’ve heard your suggestions and incorporated them into our planning to expand the platform’s capabilities. Here’s a glimpse at what’s coming soon.


  • Overdue reporting within the platform. You’ll be able to upload past due accounts right within Allianz Trade Online. Be sure to monitor the “alerts” section within the platform for the launch of this new feature, as well as additional ongoing product updates.
  • Easier navigation. We are working to implement the ability for users to click to sort columns when viewing a CLR list. Also, you’ll soon be able to search for a buyer by phone number.
  • Access to invoices. We heard from you that you would like to be able to access all financial statements, including access to CAP invoices. Look for that feature later this year.
  • Single Sign On to collections site. Our goal is for Allianz Trade Online to be your one-stop-shop for policy management. In the future, you will be able to securely access the collections site through a portal within Allianz Trade Online.
