Providing the best possible experience to our customers is always our number one priority. In order to continue enhancing your experience with Allianz Trade, annually, we conduct our Customer Satisfaction Survey with third-party researcher IPSOS. We are committed to continually listening, learning and acting on the valuable feedback provided by our customers in order to improve satisfaction. This year, based on your feedback in 2022, we have led internal initiatives focused on Risk services, the management of your policy, and Allianz Trade Online to better meet your needs.

This year’s survey will launch on September 18 and run through October 20. During the survey period, please be on the lookout for a phone call (312-741-1981) or email ( from IPSOS. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes; all responses will be anonymous, unless you choose otherwise. I hope that you will take the time to provide candid feedback on your experience working with Allianz Trade. This survey is an opportunity for us to gather feedback to inform how we focus our attention and resources on ways to improve our partnership.
